What is the Medshoppharma Return Policy?
At Medshoppharma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy
Eligible items purchased from Medshoppharma may be returned only if the product has an issue during delivery or arrives damaged.
To request a return:
- Customer must make an unboxing video clearly showing the package opening and product condition.
- The video must be sent by email without delay after delivery. (NOTICE- if unable to connect any agent as given time must be send video at [email protected])
- Customers have 1 day after delivery to report any complaint or return request.
- If no complaint is made within 1 day, the return request will be automatically cancelled.
Exchange Policy
If you need an exchange for an eligible item:
- Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
Important Conditions
All return and exchange requests are subject to our verification process. We reserve the right to refuse any request if:
- Required video proof is not provided
- Complaint is submitted late
- Product has been used or damaged after delivery
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items
- Customized orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance or promotional items
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, contact our support team immediately with:
- Order number
- Clear photos
- Unboxing video
